On The Tee Enters Its 10th Year With Television And Digital Magazine Launch!

The "On the Tee" radio show an Iowa Sports Connection production entered its 10th year on the air this March on our flagship ESPN 1700 the Champ and across the Iowa Sports Connection Radio Network. To celebrate this decade will begin broadcasting the radio show on television along with the launch of our 3rd digital magazine product also titled "On the Tee".

The television show will air beginning Wednesday March 31st from 6-8 PM on WHO TV 13.2 and will stream live on "iowasportsconnection.com". This is our second television show that we have combined with WHO TV 13 the NBC affiliate in Des Moines and our production partners at "Yourgamenow.com". The success of Friday Night Live this past year has motivated us to convert all three of our radio shows into television and video broadcasts.

In addition to the "On the Tee" television show the digital magazine will also roll out on March 31st the week before the Masters. "On the Tee" will be a monthly magazine that will be housed on our website www.iowasportsconnection.com and www.iowagolf.com in our new partnership. The magazine will emulate the radio and TV show as Iowa's premier golf, entertainment, and lifestyle magazine for all Iowa golfers scratch, hack, and recreational. The columns will range from favorite 19th holes around the state to the best golf courses "From the Missouri to the Mississippi". The contributors will include the IPGA, IGA, and of course humor and hilarity are key components for the "On the Tee Hack Nation". Each edition issue will have equipment reviews and interviews with the biggest names in golf that visit the On the Tee clubhouse studios weekly. Zach Johnson and Fuzzy Zoeller are a couple of regulars along with the Golf Channel personalities that join us weekly. The magazine also has plenty of room for the readers to submit information on golf outings and events along with pictures from your favorite courses.

The launch of the On the Tee magazine and television show combined with the states only year round and statewide golf radio show and e-mail newsletter make "On the Tee" Iowa's hands down leader in golf coverage and lifestyles "From the Pee Wees to the Preps to the Pros"!
